Because our products are digital files delivered via internet download, we offer a different policy compared to stores selling physical goods. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns and No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales on kiddostep.com are final.

  • Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, the product is considered "used."

  • Unlike physical items, digital files cannot be returned to us in their original, uncopied state. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or accidental purchases.

2. Difference Between Sites

Please note the distinction between our two platforms:

  • Kiddo Worksheets (kiddoworksheets.com): Provides resources for free. We encourage you to test these free samples to ensure our style and quality meet your expectations.

  • Kiddo Step (kiddostep.com): Provides premium paid content. By completing a purchase on Kiddo Step, you acknowledge that you are paying for premium assets that are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues)

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will consider refund or replacement requests only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Corrupted Files: If the file you downloaded is corrupted or damaged and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • Incorrect File: If the file you received is significantly different from the description or the preview provided on the product page.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the duplicate payment.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you encounter a technical issue as described above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase:

Note: Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be considered.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact our support team directly to resolve any issues. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will work with you to fix any download or file errors. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in the permanent suspension of your account and access to future downloads.

6. Responsibility of the Buyer

It is the buyer's responsibility to:

  • Ensure they have the correct software to open and use the files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, ZIP extractor).

  • Provide a valid and correct email address for delivery.

  • Download and back up the files immediately after purchase.
